Birthday Card: For My Adult Cousin

A personal touch is always appreciated!

This one's for my cousin who lives in korea.
I would've made a big deal about him turning 21,
but in korea, 20th birthday is when they become of legal age.
So here's a toned-down card for my adult cousin,
who happens to be a pretty toned-down kid himself.

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

made layers with two shades of gray scrapbook paper,
left over from wedding invitations i've been working on.
don't let anything go to waste!

again, on the concept of not letting anything go to waste,
letters are cutouts from the front of the card.
